Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6:00pm

Salary: £28,000

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s successful team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer interactions and services
• Responsibility for communication between the customer and the workshop
• Responsible for scheduling appointments
• Scheduling appointments, coordinating with mechanics and technicians and managing service workflows. 
• Addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 
• Accurately documenting and updating customer records
• Must hold a valid UK drivers licience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• A positive and proactive attitude towards work and customer service.

Advantageous:

• Previous experience in aftersales
