Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (Saturday: 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Salary £30,000 - £35,000

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy motorcycle dealership. You will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from booking through to completion of service and repair work.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage service, MOT, repair, and maintenance bookings
Act as the main liaison between customers and workshop technicians
Provide clear updates on vehicle progress and completion times
Identify and communicate additional repair or service work
Upsell relevant service, maintenance, and parts opportunities
Process parts enquiries and place orders where required
Ensure all job cards, records, and systems are accurately maintained
Always deliver excellent customer service
Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflowAbout You

Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
Confident working in a dealership or automotive environment
Commercially aware with the ability to spot sales opportunities
Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
