Aftersales Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multi-franchise car dealer group established since 1971, for the position of Aftersales Advisor at their busy franchise-approved premium car dealership in North Bristol. Duties of the Aftersales Advisor:
* Sourcing and supplying vehicle parts for customer and workshop requirements
* Identifying and advising customers on their parts needs
* Greeting customers in the showroom and responding professionally to inquiries
* Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels
* Receiving, handling, and organising parts deliveries and storage
* Managing data entry and documentation related to parts transactions
* Working closely with the Parts Manager and supporting team members in daily operations
Requirements of the Aftersales Advisor:
* Recent or current experience working with automotive vehicle parts
* Previous experience within a franchise-approved car dealership or motor factors is advantageous
* IT literacy, familiar with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
* Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
* Strong customer service and sales skills with a friendly, charismatic manner
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
