We're recruiting for an Aftersales and Service Advisor to join a successful and growing retail business operating within a specialist lifestyle sector. The Role
As an Aftersales and Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout their aftersales journey, ensuring service bookings, warranty claims and workshop administration are managed efficiently. You'll work closely with customers, the workshop team and external suppliers to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You'll be responsible for:
Managing new and used vehicle warranty claims from start to finish Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, warranty and habitation work Ordering parts required for upcoming workshop jobs Liaising with third-party suppliers to coordinate repairs and transport Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicles Assisting with workshop scheduling and time management Processing warranty claims accurately using manufacturer systems Following up outstanding warranty claims and customer bookings Checking warranty parts on arrival to ensure accuracy and condition Meeting and greeting customers visiting the service department Providing outstanding customer service at every stage of the aftersales processWhat We're Looking For
Previous administration, customer service or aftersales experience is desirable Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers Confident using IT systems and learning new software A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Professional, customer-focused approach at all timesWhat's On Offer

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week).
Some Saturday working will be required, with either overtime paid or time off in lieu.
