Aftersales Executive

LSH Auto is seeking an enthusiastic Aftersales Executive to join our dedicated team at our dealership in Whitefield. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and follow-up services following their vehicle purchases.

Your main duties will include managing service bookings, addressing customer enquiries, and working alongside our service technicians to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Your contributions will be key in uplifting customer satisfaction and maintaining long-lasting relationships.

Hours - 45
Salary - £29,000 Plus OTE bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer service appointments and manage follow-up communications.
• Provide guidance and updates to customers regarding their service needs.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of services.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to guarantee satisfaction.
• Promote aftersales products and services to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Meet aftersales performance targets and contribute to team success.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in an automotive aftersales or customer service role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• A customer-centric approach and a passion for service excellence.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
• A valid driver's licence is essential.
