We're working with a highly regarded main dealer group looking for a dynamic Aftersales Manager to take the reins of an established small team - with exciting plans to grow. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, this is your chance to make a real impact in a business that values innovation and excellence.

What’s on offer

• £40,000 basic salary with a realistic OTE of £55k+ (likely £65k+)

• Monday to Friday working only - keep your weekends!

The Role

As Aftersales Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day performance of the Service and Parts departments, driving growth, maintaining high standards of customer care, and mentoring a team on the rise. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have the autonomy to shape the department as it expands.

• Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or Senior Service Manager role within a main dealer environment
• A strong leader who can inspire, manage KPIs, and develop a growing team
• Someone with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering first-class customer service
