A fast-growing international automotive brand is seeking a Regional Aftersales Performance Manager to join its UK operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the customer experience and dealer performance for a new entrant in the UK market, backed by one of the world’s leading vehicle manufacturers.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with regional retailers, ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance metrics.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the business in all dealer interactions and customer escalations.
  • Own the customer journey, resolving complex cases and driving satisfaction.
  • Support technical and warranty teams by managing dealer expectations and timelines.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to assess and improve customer experience delivery.
  • Monitor and influence KPIs through a Dealer Balance Scorecard framework.
  • Participate in brand events and initiatives, occasionally outside standard hours.

  • A calm, confident, and adaptable approach to managing diverse responsibilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent time management and flexibility to handle a dynamic schedule.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • A full, clean UK driving license.
