Aftersales Manager – Main Dealership
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Salary: Competitive basic salary + bonus and benefits
Hours: Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established franchised main dealership in Bury St Edmunds seeking an experienced and motivated Aftersales Manager to lead their service and parts teams. This is a key leadership role offering strong career progression within a reputable and growing dealer group.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the Aftersales department, including service, parts, and workshop teams
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Monitor and drive performance against financial and customer service targets
• Implement strategies to grow Aftersales revenue and efficiency
• Manage staff development, training, and compliance with manufacturer standards and health & safety regulations
• Foster strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a franchised main dealership or similar environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercially driven with ability to maximise profitability
• Knowledge of manufacturer systems and processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
