Aftersales Manager

Our client is a multi-franchise-approved car dealership and they’re currently seeking an Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Cardiff area.

Starting salary up £60,000 pending experience, with an OTE of £75,000 per annum

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm.Requirements:

An experienced Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
Strong Technical knowledge
An Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & can motivate their team to success
IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal pointsResponsibilities:

Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.The salary for this position is £60,000 basic with a potential OTE of £75,000.
