The Role

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager who can take ownership of a busy aftersales operation, lead a team and drive both customer and commercial performance.

You will be responsible for:

* Leading, motivating and developing the aftersales team

* Managing workshop and service performance

* Driving customer satisfaction and retention

* Managing departmental profitability and financial performance

* Maintaining high operational standards

* Implementing and improving processes

* Ensuring strong accountability across the department

* Developing team members and supporting their progression

* Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

About You

You will ideally:

* Have proven experience as an Aftersales Manager

* Have strong leadership and people-management skills

* Be commercially aware and target-driven

* Have excellent knowledge of workshop and service operations

* Be confident managing performance and KPIs

* Have a strong focus on customer satisfaction

* Be organised, professional and hands-on

* Be able to lead a team while maintaining high standards

What's on Offer?

* £50,000 - £65,000 Basic Salary

* £30,000 OTE on top

* 45 hours per week

* Monday - Friday
