AFTER-SALES SUPERVISOR – MOTORHOME DEALER

This is an exciting opportunity to join a unique family run business that manufactures and sells luxury van conversions together with an expanding used motorhome and campervan retail business.

Reporting to the After-Sales Manager, you’ll be part of a small, friendly team, and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day running of the after-sales workshop.  You will allocate daily work, prioritise jobs and manage the technician team, while also carrying out hands-on inspection, servicing, repair and installation work, and habitation services on motorhomes.  You and your team will diagnose and repair faults across electrical, plumbing, gas (LPG), bodywork, cabinetry and appliances, and perform damp checks/water ingress diagnostics and complete remedial repairs.  The role requires work to be completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer and industry standards, while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and supporting the development of the team, including trainee technicians.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am-5.00pm and Friday 7.30am-12.45pm.  Benefits include onsite parking and company pension scheme.

SKILLS REQUIRED 

Experience in vehicle repair, preferably with motorhomes, caravans or similar leisure vehicles.
Strong knowledge of 12V/240V electrical, gas (LPG) and water systems.
Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
LPG gas certification (ACOPS) and a relevant electrical qualification are preferred but not essential.
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Full UK driving licence.
This position is ideal for an experienced technician ready to step into a leadership role, combining hands-on technical work with running a busy workshop team.
