The Agency Account Director (affiliates) will be managing relationships in the affiliate marketing space with an array of high profile agencies. You will be liaising with agencies and clients, maximising the value of their accounts and taking the lead of developing their digital marketing campaigns.

Agency Account Director (affiliates) responsibilities:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and clients and manage a portfolio of high value accounts

· Work closely with agencies and clients to help them achieve their business goals and maximise revenue of their accounts

· Meet all KPIs through data driven analysis, planning and execution

· Supervise and mentor junior staff members

Agency Account Director (affiliates) requirements:

· At least 4-5 years account management experience

· Affiliate marketing or similar performance marketing experience is a must

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Previous experience from working at a digital agency or media agency, or working with agencies whilst at an affiliate network

· Proven track record of handling high value campaigns

· Previous experience of managing or supervising at least one junior staff member
