Key Responsibilities

As an Agency Head Chef, you'll support the kitchen team by:

Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
Managing the day to day of the kitchen
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Rota, costing etc
Supporting the kitchen throughout the busy summer period

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience working as a Head Chef
Is confident working in a busy kitchen environment
Can commit to working until at least September, with the possibility of extending the contract
Works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure
