Agency Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker

Location: Birmingham – various locations
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Shifts: Days and Nights
Contract: Flexible Agency Work

Brookes HC Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers to join our agency team and work across a range of care and support services throughout Birmingham.

We have opportunities available across both day and night shifts, making this suitable for experienced care staff looking for flexible work alongside their existing commitments or those wanting regular agency hours.

What we are looking for

Previous experience within health and social care is preferred, and ideally applicants will already be able to provide:

* Care Certificate

* Current Manual Handling training certificate

* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service

* Previous experience working within care, support or healthcare environments

You must be comfortable providing personal care to both male and female service users, depending on the requirements of each placement.

Don't have all of the above?

We can also consider applicants who are looking to enter the care sector or who need to update their existing compliance.

Where required, we can assist with:

* Care Certificate training

* Manual Handling training

* Enhanced DBS application

Please note that there will be a cost involved for any training or DBS checks that we arrange, and this will be explained to you as part of the registration process.
