ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well -connected Agency Sales Manager with
strong expertise in Branding, specifically focusing on our flagship products
UNWIRE (Connected TV) and Pulse (digital DOOH/brand solutions).

The ideal
candidate will have solid relationships across UK media agencies and the
ability to pitch, strategize, and deliver impactful brand -led solutions. While
the role is primarily branding -focused, prior Mobile Performance experience is
an added advantage, enabling the candidate to tap into additional budgets and
maximise revenue opportunities.

Required Experience: 3–6 years


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead
    branding -focused sales initiatives for the UK market, with primary focus
    on CTV solutions.

  2. Build,
    manage, and strengthen relationships with major UK media agencies and
    relevant brand partners.

  3. Identify
    new opportunities within agency networks and introduce Xapads’ branding
    solutions effectively.

  4. Develop
    tailored brand proposals and innovative campaign ideas aligned with client
    objectives.

  5. If
    experienced in performance, opportunistically capture mobile performance
    budgets to grow overall revenue.

  6. Manage
    the full sales cycle starting from pitching and onboarding to campaign
    delivery coordination and billing support.

  7. Track
    market trends and share insights to refine product positioning and
    go -to -market strategy.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  1. 3–6
    years of experience in digital media sales, preferably within UK agency
    networks.

  2. Strong
    understanding of branding products—especially CTV, DOOH, Rich Media, and
    premium digital placements.

  3. Well -established
    relationships across key UK agency groups.

  4. Working
    knowledge of performance marketing (MMPs, attribution models, mobile ad
    formats) is a plus.

  5. Excellent
    communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  6. Ability
    to handle fast -paced situations and craft custom brand solutions quickly.
