Job Description - Agency Support Consultant

As an Agency Support Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and operational support to our agency partners and internal teams. You'll be responsible for managing inbound queries, supporting account managers, and ensuring that our standards of excellence are consistently upheld.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to all inbound queries from agency partners promptly, efficiently, and within agreed SLAs.
  • Providing support across a range of contacts, from owners and directors to consultants and resourcers.
  • Assisting account managers with administrative tasks to ensure seamless account management.
  • Managing account managers' inboxes during their absence to maintain service continuity.
  • Completing audit requests, KID documents, and other essential paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Acting as the primary resource for all inbound team calls.
  • Maintaining a high level of technical expertise on umbrella and CIS solutions, as well as systems and processes.
  • Monitoring IWH, open timesheets, and on-stop workers across all agencies, serving as the team's "eyes and ears."

  • Demonstrates strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail.
  • Brings a proactive approach to work, showing initiative in problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Can effectively handle high volumes of inbound calls while maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude.
  • Has a solid understanding of market trends and commercial awareness to identify potential opportunities for the sales team.
