Agentic AI Business Analyst - 9 months

Your team

Pictet Asset Management is seeking to recruit an Agentic AI Business Analyst to strengthen the Operations, Transaction Management Solutions unit in London on a 9 month fixed term contract basis.

Our Operations teams, based across London, Geneva, and Singapore play a vital role in transaction lifecycle processing for all our investment strategies. Their aim is to provide Portfolio Managers with the most accurate, complete, and timely information they require to implement their chosen investment decisions. The team of four AI Business Analysts is responsible for identifying and shaping AI use cases, assessing their business value and technical feasibility, working with Technology and subject-matter experts to design and build the right solutions and implementing them within operational teams.

Your role

• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven workflow automation.


• Design, prototype and implement agentic AI solutions to streamline operational tasks.


• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation use cases.


• Monitor, test and refine deployed automations to ensure reliability, control alignment and measurable impact.


• Document solutions (design, assumptions, risks, controls) and support knowledge transfer to end users.


• Contribute to the change management and adoption of new AI tools and workflows across PAM Operations.


• Ensure alignment with PAM standards and governance principles in the application of the PAM Agentic Framework.

Your profile

• Proven track record of successfully automating end to end workflow (ideally in an operations or financial services context).


• Knowledge of agentic AI concepts and tools (e.g. multi-step agents, orchestration frameworks, workflow engines or similar).


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to map and challenge existing processes.


• Adaptable mindset and openness to experimentation, iteration and learning from feedback.


• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.


• Experience with scripting or low-code/no-code automation tools is an advantage, and knowledge of Claude Code, Snowflake and SimCorp Dimension is a plus.


• Familiarity with data quality, controls and operational risk considerations is a plus.
