Agile Coach – £700 - £800 Per Day – 6 Months – Financial Services
 
Overview:
We are currently partnered with a leading organisation looking to hire an experienced Agile Coach to support a large-scale transformation programme.
 
The successful candidate will work across multiple delivery teams, helping improve Agile maturity, strengthen ways of working and support teams in delivering more effectively.
 
Role & Responsibilities:

Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
Assess Agile maturity and identify areas for improvement.
Embed Agile principles, behaviours and effective ways of working.
Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning sessions and Agile ceremonies.
Identify blockers, dependencies and wider delivery challenges.
Support teams in becoming more autonomous, accountable and outcome-focused.
Improve collaboration across technology, product and business teams.
Drive continuous improvement across the wider delivery function.Requirements:

Strong experience working as an Agile Coach within a large or complex organisation.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
Experience coaching multiple Agile teams and senior stakeholders.
Background supporting Agile, digital or technology transformation programmes.
Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to challenge existing ways of working and drive sustainable change.Rate & Duration:

£700 - £800 Per Day
