Agile Delivery Manager - Water, Product, Agile

Up to £640pd (Inside IR35)

Hybrid / 2 days onsite in Coventry

3/6 months initially

The role will lead cross-functional Agile teams delivering a combination of data-driven insights, digital solutions and innovative operational initiatives designed to improve business and operational outcomes.

Key Requirements

Strong experience as an Agile Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead or Product Manager.
Previous water industry experience is essential, ideally within a UK water organisation.
Strong experience delivering technology, digital or business transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban.
Experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, risks and dependencies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
Comfortable operating across both Delivery Management and Product Management.
Able to work onsite in Coventry 2 days per week.
Nice to Have

Experience delivering large-scale transformation within a regulated utilities environment.
Experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
Agile/Product certifications such as Scrum, SAFe, AgilePM or Product Owner.
