Job Description - Agility Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION You have proficiency in business management and accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and NetSuite. Additionally, you have extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations and you are seeking your next career growth. This is the team for you. As an Aumni - Finance Operations Analyst in Finance Operations at JPMorgan Chase, you will process daily finance, expense, banking, and reconciliation transactions. You will prepare financial reports and budgets, control and forecast expenditures and cash flow, as well as oversee accounting procedures, auditing and taxation practices, as well as provide insights on benefits and compensation packages, ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards. Aumni serves private capital investors with its proprietary data analytics engine, extracting and analyzing critical legal and economic terms in every deal. We are reinventing legacy portfolio management and investment operations as a streamlined digital experience for fund managers, institutional investors and service providers, empowering our customers with the data they need to make faster, smarter decisions in a rapidly expanding industry. Job Responsibilities Process daily finance, expense, banking, and reconciliation transactions Perform required closing and audit-related functions Prepare financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting expenditures and cash flow Oversee accounting procedures and monitoring auditing and taxation practices, as well as provide insights on benefits and compensation packages Ensure that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards Perform bookkeeping and other related financial records-keeping, as well as protecting sensitive and confidential financial and operational information Keep informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting and ensure smooth implementation and coalescence with existing company practices Analyze key financial data and advising Aumni Philippines senior management on strategic planning. Gather and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures Work with Aumni Philippines senior management on developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies and procedures, as well as mitigating financial risks

Working additional hours and/or mandatory overtime may be required during peak volume periods and based on other business needs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Willing to work in Baguio city. Proficiency in business management and accounting software, such as Xero and SAP is a must Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude Exceptional attention to detail Superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent English comprehension and communication abilities

Solid understanding of AGILE and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Development and delivery organization Demonstrated experience with Scaling frameworks such as LeSS & Kanban Proficient with JIRA Ability to coach and mentor, ability to collaborate with and influence people at various levels Understand & teach AGILE Best Practices to Product Owners & AGILE Teams A clear understanding & usage of capacity planning vs. velocity to maintain roadmap tracking Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with Jira Align
