• Sale and purchase of farms and land (including private treaty and auction)

• Drafting deeds of easement, overage agreements, and farm tenancy advice

• Cross-departmental collaboration with private client, commercial property, and corporate teams

• Supporting business development and attending local events to foster professional relationships

• 2+ years PQE with strong property experience (essential)

• Agricultural law experience (preferred)

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Local market knowledge and relationships with land agents highly desirable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commercially minded and team-oriented
