Agricultural Shop Manager

My client is looking for an Agricultural Shop Manager to take ownership of their Bungay store, with the opportunity to build strong relationships with local farmers, drive sales and become a trusted source of expert agricultural advice.

As an Agricultural Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, using your knowledge of farming, livestock and agricultural supplies to help customers find the right products and solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to manage stock and inventory, develop relationships with local suppliers and customers, monitor sales performance and introduce ideas that help grow the business.

The Agricultural Shop Manager role would suit someone who combines strong retail management experience with a genuine understanding of the agricultural or rural sector. Your customer-focused approach, organisational skills and ability to build trusted relationships will give you a great platform to support local farmers and customers, whilst your commercial mindset will help you make the most of opportunities to increase sales and revenue.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

* £35,000 per year

* 28 days' holiday, including bank holidays

* On-site parking

* A varied role combining agricultural knowledge, customer service, retail management and sales

Working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with every other Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, you’ll be joining a well-established agricultural supplier that takes pride in providing quality products, expert advice and excellent customer service.
