Our Agriculture and Rural Property team offers expert advice with a personal, client-focused approach. We are now looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our growing team.

The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated paralegal with a background in agricultural or property work. The successful candidate will support fee earners on a range of transactional matters. You’ll work closely with clients on matters such as sales and purchases of farms and estates, agricultural tenancies, rights of way, and rural development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting solicitors on complex rural property transactions, including sales, purchases, and refinancing.
• Assisting with due diligence, preparing contract packs, and reviewing title documents.
• Drafting and preparing leases, tenancy agreements, licences, and other property-related documents.
• Managing client communication and progressing transactions efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.

About You:

• At least 12 months’ experience in a property legal team.
• Understanding of rural issues and the agricultural sector, or a genuine interest in developing specialist knowledge in this area.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive team player who can work independently when required.
