Agriculture Lecturer – Arable & Machinery
Location: Suffolk
Contract: Temporary – up to 10 weeks
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Rate: £30–£50 per hour
The Opportunity
Henry Blue is recruiting for an Agriculture Lecturer with a specialism in Arable Farming and Agricultural Machinery to support a further education college in Suffolk.
We are keen to hear from experienced agriculture professionals who have a strong understanding of crop production, arable farming and modern agricultural machinery.
This is an opportunity to bring your industry experience into the classroom and help develop students' knowledge and practical understanding of the agricultural sector.
The Role

Deliver teaching within the arable agriculture and machinery curriculum.

Support students in developing their knowledge of crop production and farm operations.

Share practical industry experience and knowledge of agricultural machinery.

Support student learning, progress and development.
Requirements
*
Strong background in arable farming and/or agricultural machinery.
*
Knowledge of crop production, farm operations and machinery.
*
Relevant agricultural qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
*
Previous teaching, training or assessing experience would be advantageous.
