AI & Agentic Transformation Lead

6 Month Contract | Outside IR35 | London (2x per month) | Competitive Rate

We're supporting a business investing heavily in AI and looking for an AI & Agentic Transformation Lead to drive adoption across the organisation.

Working with Technology, Transformation, Projects and senior stakeholders, you'll identify, shape and deliver AI-enabled initiatives that improve productivity, customer outcomes and commercial performance.

Key Requirements:

Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and emerging AI technologies
Experience delivering AI products, workflows or transformation programmes
Ability to build business cases and demonstrate measurable business value
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Sound judgement on when to use AI, automation, process redesign or existing platform capabilitiesDetails:
