This truly outstanding alternative asset manager has nearly $80 billion across a range of Structured Credit & specialist Lending, High Yield, etc. They now seek an AI Business Analyst to join their business development team in London.

You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies such as MS CoPilot, ChatGPT, other popular LLMs build innovative solutions for our business development team and drive the adoption of AI to enhance their Distribution capabilities. Passionate about applying AI tools, you’ll work closely development teams and also their global AI team to help them stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving field!

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Identifying opportunities to leverage GenAI tools and machine learning within our Business Development team
Prioritize those use cases based on cost, effort, adoptability, and potential impact to the business
Design appropriate development plans in partnership with internal and external teams.
Drive adoption of these solutions through in depth knowledge of the business workflow, and at times manually running portions of the process while other steps are being automated
Clear communication with all stakeholders through the development life cycle
Create metrics to appropriately monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these AI solutions - and, ideally, tools for Credit Analysts!
Staying abreast of the latest AI developments and trends and providing insights for senior management

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Finance or Business-related field of study
Experience with Business Development functions within a HY Credit asset manager
Excellent understanding of AI and NLP
Experience with MS CoPilot, OpenAI’s ChatGPT & other emerging LLMs
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
Proven track record of designing & driving process improvements with technology
Experience using Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
