Key Responsibilities

Identify and Shape AI Opportunities

• Engage with business leaders and domain experts to identify opportunities where AI can create value.


• Conduct workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to understand business challenges and innovation potential.


• Translate business needs into AI-driven use cases and solution concepts.


• Evaluate opportunities considering feasibility, business value, and organizational readiness.

Lead AI Innovation Initiatives

• Take a leading role in the AI innovation process at client organizations.


• Define the approach for AI initiatives and guide projects from ideation to implementation.


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including AI architects, data engineers, and developers.


• Ensure AI initiatives align with the broader digital and data strategy of the organization.

Bridge Business and Technology

• Translate business problems into technical requirements for AI teams.


• Communicate AI capabilities and limitations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.


• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Drive Stakeholder Engagement and Storytelling

• Turn analytical insights and AI outcomes into compelling narratives for clients.


• Present AI concepts, project results, and innovation opportunities to stakeholders and decision-makers.


• Inspire organizations to adopt and scale AI solutions.

Ensure Responsible AI

• Ensure that AI initiatives consider important aspects such as security, privacy, and ethical implications.


• Promote responsible and trustworthy use of data and AI in projects.

Required Profile

• Proven experience in AI, data, digital transformation, or innovation-related roles.


• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and data-driven technologies.


• Ability to translate between business needs and technical AI solutions.


• Experience leading innovation or transformation initiatives.
