Main Responsibilities

• Work directly with Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows, tools and automations (e.g. Claude, GPT, APIs, internal tooling)
• Develop and manage AI use cases such as call analysis, content generation, onboarding support, and internal assistants
• Run weekly training sessions and hands-on workshops to improve adoption across teams
• Translate business problems into practical AI solutions
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas, focusing on speed and impact
• Document and share best practices across the organisation
• Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency

What Success Looks Like

• AI tools are actively used across teams (not just tested)
• Clear reduction in manual workload in key processes
• Faster turnaround times across Sales, CS and Operations
• Increased confidence and capability in using AI across the business

Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI tools or automations in a business environment
• Strong understanding of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, APIs, Zapier/Make or similar
• Ability to move quickly from idea to execution
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical outcomes
• Comfortable working directly with non-technical teams
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and train others effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth environment
• Experience with Salesforce
• Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript or similar)
