Paying up to £170,000

Seeking an experienced AI Leader to scale AI capabilities and transform business models. You will lead a team delivering AI, ML, NLP, and Generative AI solutions to improve profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing all stages of AI initiatives, selecting appropriate methodologies, and collaborating with business leaders. Lead ML engineers and data scientists in developing advanced deep learning and Generative AI models.

Qualifications

15+ years leading AI teams with hands-on impact - Team sizes 15+.
Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and deep learning.
Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
Industry knowledge in property & casualty insurance preferred.
Experience managing senior business stakeholders.
