Responsibilities will include:
- Design, build, and maintain core AI infrastructure (model hosting, orchestration, data pipelines, evaluation frameworks) to support both internal tools and customer-facing products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ops, Commercial) to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and enforce best-practice standards for model deployment, monitoring, observability, performance, security, and reliability across the AI ecosystem.
- Support on integration of AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable business impact.
- Manage data readiness and governance by working with data teams to ensure high-quality training data, feature availability, and compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and vendors, make build-vs-buy recommendations, and drive experimentation to keep the company at the forefront of AI capability.
- Create reusable tools, components, and platforms that democratize access to AI across the organization and reduce friction for product and engineering teams.
- Establish feedback loops and performance KPIs to measure model quality, operational efficiency, and impact, iterating rapidly based on real-world usage.
