In this role, you'll be responsible for building, evaluating and improving AI systems across LLMs, agentic workflows and vision models. You'll develop benchmarks and evaluation frameworks, fine-tune foundation models, build custom AI models and create automated feedback loops to continuously improve performance. You'll work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver robust AI solutions that solve real-world compliance challenges.
The ideal candidate will have experience within AI research or AI engineering, including hands-on work with LLMs, model fine-tuning and agentic systems. Experience with computer vision, model evaluation frameworks and MLOps practices would be highly beneficial. The Role:
Build, evaluate and optimise LLM, agentic AI and computer vision systems Fine-tune and train custom AI models for specialist compliance applications Develop benchmarks, back testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines Implement continuous improvement loops using human feedback and model iteration Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver AI-driven featuresThe Person:
3+ years' experience in AI Research, Machine Learning or AI Engineering Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and model fine-tuning Experience building, testing or deploying agentic AI systems Knowledge of model evaluation, benchmarking and MLOps best practices Passion for emerging AI technologies and solving real-world problemsReference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)
