This is not a pure AI engineering role. It sits between sales, product and engineering, focused on helping customers understand where AI can genuinely add value across areas like pricing, inventory and demand forecasting. You will be working directly with senior stakeholders, running workshops, shaping use cases and supporting the full sales process from discovery through to solution design. What you will be doing: Running customer workshops to understand business challenges Shaping AI use cases across forecasting, optimisation and analytics Delivering demos and building strong business cases Supporting sales teams on complex, high-value deals Translating business problems into practical AI solutions What they are looking for: Background in solution engineering, consulting or similar Experience working with customers in a commercial or client-facing role Exposure to analytics, data or AI-led solutions Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of technology and wants to work on real-world AI applications, rather than sitting purely on the engineering side.
