Are you an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration professional ready to pass on your expertise? We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Assessor to join our team in Nottingham to support and guide the next generation of HVAC engineers.

As an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Assessor, you'll play a vital role in the development of apprentices and learners. You'll assess both practical and theoretical competencies, provide feedback, and help shape confident, job-ready professionals in a thriving industry.

• Deliver high-quality assessments for Level 2 and Level 3 learners

• Observe and assess learners in workplace and simulated settings

• Provide clear, constructive feedback and support learner progression

• Maintain accurate records in line with awarding body requirements

• Liaise with employers to coordinate visits and ensure training aligns with industry standards

• Industry experience in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (F-Gas certification required)

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)

• Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, D32/33) or willingness to work towards it (support provided)

• Strong communication, organisation, and mentoring skills

• A commitment to learner success and high-quality education

• Salary up to £43,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
