Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced and Trainee/Junior Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineers to join our expanding team.

The Role
As an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you will travel to customer sites across East Anglia to install, service and maintain a wide range of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
* Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
* Participate in our on-call rota to provide customers with 24-hour emergency breakdown cover.
* Complete all required documentation, including job sheets, maintenance reports and timesheets.
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
* Provide feedback to management on completed works and any customer requirements.
* Support and encourage the development of junior engineers where appropriate.
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with current Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working on air conditioning and refrigeration systems. (not applicable to trainee roles)
* City & Guilds (or equivalent) qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. (not applicable to trainee roles)
* FGAS Category 1 Certification. (not applicable to trainee roles)
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A good understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A flexible approach to working hours and participation in the on-call rota.
* A positive, proactive attitude with pride in delivering high-quality work.
