We work with a wide range of high-profile commercial customers throughout Birmingham and the Midlands, providing specialist installation, maintenance, servicing and repair solutions.

Due to continued growth and an expanding workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Engineer to join our established team.

The Role

This is a permanent position involving service, maintenance, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), fault finding and reactive breakdown repairs across a varied range of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently on a variety of systems, including:

* Split and multi-split air conditioning systems.

* VRV / VRF systems.

* Commercial air conditioning installations.

* Air Handling Units (AHUs).

* Commercial refrigeration plant.

* Cold rooms and freezer rooms.

* Display cabinets, fridges and freezers.

* General commercial HVAC equipment.

The majority of work will be throughout Birmingham and the surrounding Midlands area.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

* Proven experience as an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer.

* Current F-Gas Category 1 (2079) qualification.

* Strong experience working on split, multi-split and VRV / VRF systems.

* Good knowledge of commercial refrigeration plant and equipment.

* Experience carrying out servicing, PPM, fault finding and reactive repairs.

* Good electrical and refrigeration diagnostic skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* A professional, customer-focused approach with good communication skills.

* Full UK driving licence.
