Air Conditioning Engineer

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my renowned client for a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer to enhance their thriving maintenance team. This is a critical role for someone passionate about maintaining essential building services.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful HVAC Engineer will perform a broad spectrum of HVAC and general building upkeep tasks. This includes executing precise Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) routines, conducting thorough fault diagnostics, and providing swift reactive breakdown repairs across a wide array of Air Conditioning systems and associated building infrastructure. A significant part of your role will involve fine-tuning Building Management Systems (BMS) to correct temperature imbalances. You'll also be expected to carry out crucial mechanical maintenance on components like belts, motors, and valves. The position may also involve minor installation projects, and clear, concise communication of technical issues to stakeholders is paramount.

Qualifications & Experience My Client Requires:

My client is seeking a professional with:

• Proven track record in building maintenance.
• A certified NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
• F-GAS 2079 CAT1 accreditation.
• The aptitude and confidence to safely perform work at various heights, including roof access, ladder usage, and MEWP operation.
• Competence in utilising and navigating their CAFM system, particularly via iPad.
