Here at Kamro we have partnered up with a Air conditioning company on the lookout for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a reputable company working on a broad mix of domestic and commercial projects.

About the role

You'll be working across a variety of sites handling everything from installations and servicing to diagnostics and repairs. The variety here keeps things interesting. The work is steady, the jobs are well-planned, and the team behind the scenes makes sure you've got the support you need to get the job done right.

About the client

This is a long-standing air conditioning specialist based in Spalding, known for clean work, solid customer relationships, and a no-nonsense approach. The team is hands-on, friendly, and made up of engineers who actually know what they're doing. The directors have over 18 years of experience within the industry , which means they understand what its like to work within the industry and they've built the business around doing things properly.

Working hours

Monday to Friday,

This is a 40 hour working week.

Overtime on request

Key duties

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and ensure efficient operation of equipment.

• Perform necessary repairs on various types of air conditioning units, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with team members to build effective solutions for complex HVAC challenges.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on tasks.

Key requirements

• Proven experience in a similar air con engineer role

• F-Gas (essential)

• Full UK driving licence

• Comfortable working independently and managing your own jobs

• NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration and air-conditioning or equivalent. (preferred)
