Air Conditioning Engineer

Air Conditioning Engineer - Midlands - £38k - Sites are West Midlands, Derby, Nottingham.

We have a brand new opportunity to join a well established FM business as an Air Conditioning Engineer on a PFI Schools contract in the Midlands. With responsibility for 8 schools, you will ensure the Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance are carried out to the correct specification with regards to both frequency and quality, while organising and managing the AC maintenance schedule in compliance with current legislation and as detailed in the CAFM system.

You will need

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
• F-Gas certification (Category 1 - 2079).
• Proven experience in a similar role within facilities management or building services.
• Full UK driving licence.
