We are a friendly, well-established company seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team covering South West London and Surrey.

This is primarily an installation-focused role (75% install / 25% maintenance), ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer who enjoys project work but is also confident carrying out servicing and fault finding when required.

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, you will work across commercial, residential, and hotel sites installing split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems to a high standard. The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will also carry out planned maintenance, reactive breakdowns, and system diagnostics as part of a balanced workload.

Key Responsibilities

* Installation of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems

* Pipework, brazing, pressure testing, and commissioning

* Occasional PPM servicing and reactive maintenance (25%)

* Fault diagnosis and component replacement

* System performance checks and handover

* Accurate job reporting and compliance documentation

* £45,000 – £50,000 basic salary
