Haitch Recruitment is currently working with a well-established HVAC company that is experiencing continued growth and is looking to expand its engineering team. We are recruiting for three separate positions across London, offering excellent opportunities for engineers at different stages of their careers.

AC & Refrigeration Repair Engineer

Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

We are looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer with strong fault-finding and repair capabilities. The role will involve working across predominantly residential sites, with some light commercial work.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience within air conditioning and refrigeration

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

* Experience carrying out repairs and reactive maintenance

* F-Gas Certification

* Full UK Driving Licence

Role Breakdown:

* Approximately 80% Air Conditioning

* Approximately 20% Refrigeration

Maintenance Engineer

Location: South London Preferred
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

An excellent opportunity for an engineer with 2-3 years of industry experience looking to further develop their skills within a growing business.

Key Requirements:

* Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on AC systems

* Basic fault-finding skills

* Good communication and customer service skills

* F-Gas Certification preferred

* Full UK Driving Licence

AC Engineer Mate / Improver

Location: North London Preferred
Salary: Competitive DOE

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of installation experience who is looking to gain further hands-on experience and progress their career alongside experienced engineers.

Key Requirements:

* Previous experience assisting with AC installations

* Understanding of HVAC systems and installation practices

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Full UK Driving Licence preferred
