We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across various commercial and industrial sites.

Responsibilities
* Install, service, and repair a wide range of air conditioning units and systems in accordance with industry standards.
* Interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system specifications to diagnose issues accurately.
* Lead maintenance activities, including routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex HVAC equipment.
* Conduct equipment repairs efficiently to minimise downtime while adhering to safety protocols.
* Oversee construction or refurbishment projects involving air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
* Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior team members or apprentices during installation or repair tasks.
* Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports and system modifications.
* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning systems and HVAC maintenance.
* Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams effectively.
* Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring team members.
* Strong background in equipment repair, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance programmes.
* Knowledge of construction processes related to HVAC installation projects is desirable.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in HVAC engineering or mechanical engineering are preferred but not essential.
