Sussex & Kent | £48,000 DOE + Unlimited Overtime + Company Van

We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join an established and growing business, covering Sussex and Kent with some work across London.

This is a great opportunity for an AC engineer with strong installation experience, offering a competitive basic salary, unlimited overtime and the chance to develop skills in domestic heat pump installations.

The Role

*

Installing split and multi-split air conditioning systems.

*

Installing refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage and associated components.

*

Carrying out pressure testing, evacuation and commissioning.

*

Working from technical drawings and installation specifications.

*

Supporting domestic heat pump installations and commissioning.

*

Ensuring installations meet safety standards and manufacturer requirements.

*

Completing installation paperwork and job reports.

*

Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.

*

Working independently and safely across domestic and commercial properties.

Requirements

*

Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Installer or Installation Engineer.

*

Strong practical experience installing AC systems.

*

Knowledge of refrigerant pipework and commissioning procedures.

*

F-Gas qualification.

*

Full UK driving licence.

*

Good communication and customer service skills.

*

Heat pump installation experience is beneficial but not essential.

£48,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
