Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer confident with fault finding and maintenance on Splits, Multi, and VRV/VRF systems?

My client has been delivering quality air conditioning installations, servicing, and maintenance for over 40 years. With a loyal customer base and a strong pipeline of local projects, they've built a solid reputation for reliability and technical expertise across commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

You'll join as a Senior Engineer within the service and maintenance team, covering sites across Middlesex and Surrey (no Central London). The role involves planned maintenance, fault-finding, and reactive works on VRF/VRV, Multi-Split and Split systems - all backed by a supportive and professional team. It's a steady, long-term role with no unnecessary call-outs or travel into the city.

They're looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You'll need to be F-Gas qualified with at least 8 years of hands-on experience. Ideally, you'll be based within 10 miles of Teddington. If you want progression, it's there - if you prefer consistency, that's just as valued.

The Person:

• 8+ years' AC service/maintenance experience
• F-Gas certified with full UK driving licence
• Based within 10 miles of Teddington
• Tidy, professional and reliable

The Role:

• Maintain VRF, Multi and Split systems
• Diagnose and repair faults
• Travel across Middlesex/Surrey (no Central)
• Early starts on occasion
• Complete service reports accurately
