Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer who's ready to step into a more senior, hands-on role?

I'm working with a well-established specialist who is looking for an Air Conditioning Working Supervisor to join their installations team.

This is a genuinely hands-on role - you'll still be out on the tools, while taking the lead on larger installation projects and helping to develop and support less experienced engineers within the team.

You'll be responsible for overseeing projects on site, ensuring installations are completed to a high standard and helping keep the team moving in the right direction.

The role:

Lead and oversee larger air conditioning installation projects
Remain hands-on with installation work
Support and develop junior/less experienced engineers
Help coordinate the team and keep projects running smoothly
Ensure installations are completed safely and to a high standard
Work closely with project management and clients on siteWhat we're looking for:

Strong experience within commercial air conditioning installations
Several years' experience as an AC Installer/Engineer
Confident leading a team and taking ownership of projects
Someone who enjoys being hands-on rather than purely office-based
Good technical knowledge and attention to detail
A natural mentor who can bring less experienced engineers on
Relevant qualifications such as F-Gas would be highly desirablePackage:
