A leading name in global freight forwarding is seeking a skilled and experienced Air Export Operator to join their team based near Heathrow. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air export shipments from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process
• Prepare and submit export documentation including AWBs, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
• Book cargo with airlines and manage communication with agents, carriers, and clients
• Monitor shipments, proactively resolve issues, and keep all parties informed of progress
• Ensure full compliance with HMRC regulations and company procedures
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in air export operations within the freight forwarding sector
• Strong understanding of export documentation and customs processes
• Familiarity with systems such as Cargowise, CNS, Destin8 and CDS.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
