Air Freight Operations Specialist

Airfreight Operations Specialist - Full Time | £28,000-£32,000 | Heathrow

We're looking for a motivated Airfreight Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team of Dangerous Goods Airfreight experts. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone with a strong background in airfreight and a passion for logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer and agent relationships

• Handle export/import bookings, tracking & documentation

• Coordinate shipments by air, road, and sea

• Assist with packing, warehousing, and freight delivery

• Process invoices and update clients regularly

Requirements:

• 2+ years in airfreight operations

• 1+ year handling Dangerous Goods (DG)

• Strong communication & organisational skills

• DG/IATA Certification (preferred)

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift up to 30kg
