We’re currently partnered with a global leader in international freight forwarding, seeking an experienced Air Import & Export Operator to join their busy and professional team based in Feltham.

?? Salary: Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling full cycle air import and export operations
• Liaising with overseas agents, airlines, carriers, and clients
• Preparing and submitting customs entries
• Creating and processing documentation including AWBs, pre-alerts, and invoices
• Maintaining excellent communication and service standards

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in air freight forwarding (import & export)
• Solid understanding of customs procedures (CDS)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments
• A proactive and organised approach
