Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Aircraft / Aerospace Fitters to join our high-performing production team.
Key Responsibilities
* Interpret and work from engineering drawings, specs and job routings.
* Perform precision fabrication and assembly of aerospace products.
* Operate hand tools and machinery for cutting, deburring, drilling, riveting, and forming.
* Ability to operate and test spot weld machine.
* Assemble components using mechanical techniques and ensure high-quality standards.
* Work with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium and nickel alloys.
* Final product conductivity and minimum/maximum torque testing
* Maintain traceability and adhere to quality control procedures.
* Ensure a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
* Comply with all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven experience in hand fabrication and mechanical assembly.
* Background in aerospace sheet metal or fitting.
* High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
