Airport Administrator

Job Description

Hughes and Salvidge are currently seeking an Administrator to join our growing London Heathrow Airport team.

The role involves:
End-to-end contract coordination
Ensuring correct processes are followed by relevant stakeholders
Supporting Project Managers and Site Managers with project requirements
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors
Managing the company’s subcontractor database
Obtaining airport passes – temporary passes, visitor passes and full airside passes
Document control, complying with client requirements and utilising project-specific systems
All aspects of administration
Raising purchase orders

We are ideally looking for someone with airport experience, signatory status, and knowledge of various systems such as Yellow Jacket and ASite.

The role is office-based.
