Airport Cleaner - Manchester Airport

Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are searching for an experienced Airport Terminal Cleaner to join a well-respected and successful client at Manchester Airport. Join our team and become an essential part of creating a clean and welcoming environment for travellers from around the world.

What’s on offer:

• Rate of Pay: £11.44 per hour
• Shift Pattern: 4 on, 2 off
• Shifts: 6AM - 2PM / 2PM - 10PM /10PM - 6AM
• Weekly Pay (every Friday).
• Full Training provided.
• Immediate Start!
• Temp to Perm (performance related).

Key Duties:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the airport terminal.
• Ensuring that all public areas, restrooms, waiting lounges, and other designated spaces are clean, well-organised, and presentable to enhance the overall passenger experience.
• Building knowledge of the designated cleaning areas, ensuring all equipment and chemicals are used in line with Health & Safety requirements.
• Documenting routine inspections.
• Working as part of a team.
• Adhering to airport security processes.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A strong attention to detail, ensuring high cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Great work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be over 18.
• Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial.
